Let us talk about your channel

We would rather look at the work first. Tell us where your content is now and we will come back with what we would change, and the result to expect, in writing.

Three ways in, and they are not the same step. Taken in order, the number at the end means something; taken the other way round it is a guess, and you would be paying for it.
Three ways in.
Start a free audit

if you want an outside read before you commit to anything.

Book a Discovery Call

if you already know roughly what you need and want a number against it. The call is arranged in the audit reply: ask for it there.

Start here

Every partnership is planned from an audit.

Tell us where your content is now. We will come back with what we would change and what result to expect. Partnerships start at £1,000 a month. The number is up front so nobody spends three days finding out they are in the wrong place.

A bare domain, a full URL or a channel link.
Received. We reply in writing, usually within three working days.
That did not send. Try once more, or write to us instead.

A person reads the channel and writes the audit by hand: a considered read typically takes three working days. That is the usual shape, not a promised turnaround. We use these details only to reply to you: no lists, no lurking.

What you will get

A fit snapshot: where your channel stands, and whether we are a match.

Two to three opportunities: specific, prioritised, yours to keep.

A recommended next step, even if that step is not us.

The audit is free and commits you to nothing: nobody follows up with a call you did not ask for.

The second door

Book a Discovery Call, and put a number against the work

Already had the audit, or arriving with a clear brief? On the call the scope gets its number. The channel is read first either way.

Write to us

If neither of those fits, write instead.

A person reads it, and one of the two of us replies. Not a bot, not a queue, and not always within the hour.

Whatever it is, in your own words. Links are welcome; there is no format to follow.

Your message is with us. One of the two founders will reply.

Questions

Questions partners ask first

What does the free audit actually cover?

We review what you are publishing now, where attention is being lost, and what we would change first. You get that in writing whether or not we work together.

Do you work per video?

No. The result we hold ourselves to is a standard held over months, and a retainer is the only honest shape for that.

Who owns the footage and the files?

The footage you supply stays yours, and on full payment the finished deliverables are yours too: final exports, final designs, and every document written about your brand. The working project files and our production methods stay with BUBI unless we agree otherwise. Retention windows are set out in the terms.

Who can see my account data?

The founders, and only the founders. Account access, logins and analytics stay with them. The bench does not edit blind, so the specialists work from what your account shows. They see it through a founder's brief and through BUBI's own reports drawn from it, never through direct access. The knowledge reaches the people who need it; the keys stay with the founders.

Will the same people edit my work, or does the team rotate?

The bench does not rotate. At the start a founder takes your account as project manager, and up to two specialists are assigned to it and stay on it, long enough to learn the work and add to your brand notes rather than only follow them. We size a team to protect the work, not to chase output. You do not rebrief the settled things. Your colour, your pacing, the phrases you would never say are captured once and kept, so a conversation is only ever about what genuinely moved, a platform's behaviour, your audience, a new subject, and never about who you are from scratch. The specialists are named and charted from the first week, not anonymous hands, and long-term partners are welcome to talk to them directly, though it is never required, because a founder owns the operation and carries every brief. When the bench does change, you hear it from us before it reaches your work, and the handover is ours to manage. An editor here does not bring a house style to impose; they read yours and apply it, and the craft shows in how far they extend your voice, not in a flourish that sits outside it.

You sound like performance marketers. Do you buy media?

No, and not because we cannot: the capability is here, it just sits outside what BUBI is for. The line is the ad itself. We design and cut the creative, and we understand the editorial and strategic mechanics of why an ad works. What comes after is a different craft: budgets and audiences, pixels and bidding, retargeting, the automated flows. That is where a media desk begins, and where we stop. The two run on opposite instincts. Content is made to carry a voice; paid media is made to move a number, and it will trim whatever does not. Keep both under one roof and the second quietly starts editing the first, so we keep the voice clean and leave the buying to specialists. We sit with them rather than around them: reading the numbers alongside a partner's performance team is a normal shape for a partnership, not an exception.

Is everyone who touches my work bound to keep it confidential?

Yes, before they touch it. The specialist bench are recurring contractors, not casual hires, and each is bound to BUBI by written confidentiality and intellectual-property terms at least as protective as the ones we give you. They work only through a BUBI email address and BUBI's or the Partner's own storage and transfer, never a personal account. Anyone who can reach your material is bound before they reach it.
