How we price
No per-video deals, no menu, and one demo before anything long-term. Each of those is a decision with a reason.
The short version
Is this for you? If you have signed long before seeing any proof, or spent a budget nobody challenged. Every choice here, no per-video deals, no menu, one demo first, exists for a reason worth reading.
What leaves your plate. Per-video deals that reward volume, a menu that hides the thinking, and the pressure to commit before a single demo, and sometimes the answer is that you should not spend it here at all.
What starts working. A written scope with no hidden lines, a monthly investment that follows the work rather than a rate card, and a first month built to tell you honestly whether to carry on.
The smallest way in. A free audit: three fields, and a written reading back, usually within about three working days. It commits you to nothing.
What to read next. The five levels to see where this fits, or the casework to see it done.
Where this stops being a rate card
Strategy only pays when it is applied consistently
A tactic can be bought by the unit. A strategy cannot: it works by being applied, measured and iterated over months, and a five-video order is a strategy interrupted three times. So we do not sell videos by the number.
There is no price list, deliberately
Two channels at the same level rarely need the same work. A flat menu quietly overcharges the simple one and starves the complex one, and it looks honest right up until the invoice disagrees. We diagnose, then scope, then price the scope.
One demo first, and it is a test of both sides
Before any retainer there is a single produced piece. Its purpose is not to prove we can edit; it is to find out whether the two sides work well together, because a partnership where direction is not welcome will not reach the result, and we will be the ones held responsible for that.
Sometimes we tell you not to spend it here
If the money would do more as equipment, or as a different hire, we say so. Short-term that costs us; over a partnership measured in years it is the only version that works for either side.
How the number gets arrived at
From audit to number
The free audit says what needs doing. The discovery call turns that into a scope, written down. The number follows the scope rather than the other way round, and everything in the scope is included, so "that will cost extra" is not part of the vocabulary.
What is fixed and what is not
The cadence, the standard and what is included are fixed at the start. What we choose to make inside that, and in what order, moves with what the numbers say. That is the part you are actually buying.
We would rather scope carefully than sell quickly, which is also why we take on a limited number of partners at a time.
A short book is not a constraint we apologise for; it is the reason your work does not thin out as the next name signs.
What changes for you
A written scope with no hidden lines, a price that follows the work, and a first month designed to tell you honestly whether to continue.

Before strategy is discussed, we read the channel: what it publishes, what it promises and where the two part ways. The audit comes back in writing, so the first call starts from evidence rather than introductions.

Three fields, and a written reading back: a fit snapshot, two or three prioritised opportunities, and a recommended next step.
A person reads the channel and writes the audit by hand: a considered read typically takes three working days. That is the usual shape, not a promised turnaround. We use these details only to reply to you: no lists, no lurking.
What you will get
A fit snapshot: where your channel stands, and whether we are a match.
Two to three opportunities: specific, prioritised, yours to keep.
A recommended next step, even if that step is not us.
The audit is free and commits you to nothing: nobody follows up with a call you did not ask for.
The casework shows all of this done.
The case studies are the same work with the numbers, the sources and the dates attached.
